Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Also included in this new document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing distinct parts of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.
More images released as part of the ongoing oversight release.
